AGM Package for Affiliated Clubs

The AGM Package is an important submission for all Incorporated Clubs to be completed during Semester Two of each year. The necessary items to be submitted with the package include: Minutes of the AGM, Contact Details for the New Committee, Summer Contacts, Club Description and Website Information.

Part 1 provides Incorporated Clubs with the necessary templates to follow.

Part 2 consists of the forms that Incorporated Clubs need to complete after the AGM is held.

Annual Report for Affiliated Clubs & Registered Clubs

The Annual Report is an important submission for all Affiliated Clubs and Registered Clubs to be completed during Semester Two of each year. The necessary items to be submitted with the report include: Activities for the year, Financial Summary, Summer Contacts and Website Information.
