Welcome from the PresidentDear Fellow Caulfield students, Welcome to the new MONSU Caulfield website. The establishment of this new website is part of MONSU Caulfield's ongoing efforts to improve communication with students. I strongly believe that the only way that I can be a student "representative" is if I am able to represent your views, your values and your feelings on various issues at a campus level, at a university level, or even beyond. To help me do this, I need you to let me know what you think - let me know what issues are important to you. Your Student Representative team are strong believers that students have a student organisation to serve students - not the other way round. At MONSU Caulfield we realise the importance of academic study however we believe that at university you have one of the greatest opportunities on your life to balance work, study and play. One of the best ways to add something extra to your university degree is to get involved with your student association MONSU Caulfield. MONSU Caulfield provides the opportunity to add a bit of excitement to what could otherwise be a dull university experience. We provide opportunities for people to get involved in clubs, sporting activities, volunteering, events and student representation. This year I have the pleasure of working with an enthusiastic and passionate team committed to meeting the needs of Caulfield students and we always welcome new faces so come and visit us on Level 2 of the S building behind the service desk. I hope that this new website provides information about what we're currently doing, and inspires you to tell us what you think we should be doing in the future. Although we've already achieved a lot in the last few months, we know that there is still more to be done.
